Do you only work with the products listed here?

We’re always on the lookout for new tools and features that will make our customers’ lives easier and more productive. These tools are the ones that we think can make the biggest difference to our customers right now.

How long does a build usually take?

The development time varies from build to build but, on average, it takes a few days of work. This is usually spread out over a few weeks to give our customers time to review and provide feedback after each stage of the build.

Who pays for the subscriptions to the various products?

All of the accounts for the products we use, and their associated billing plans, belong entirely to the customer - you set them up, you can amend them whenever you want, you’re fully in control.

Do you receive any financial incentive from any of the software companies?

No, we do not. It is in our best interests for our customers to use the products they want, and at the cheapest price point that they can.
